10.00 (excellent) Within the first few minutes I was hooked on this. It's basically pulp fiction with anime characters and some of the sexist god damn voice acting I have ever heard. Criminal and violent, it's not a show for kids.

7.50 (good) This is a really goof ball show. First it's bloody, so be warned. Once you get past the blood you'll find a fairly funny show, with some interesting stories. It reminded me Super Milk Chan with T & A + Blood , shaken with just a bit of better humor.

9.00 (very good) This show has a great deal of 'fan service'. While the story is interesting. It's not really anything amazing. What does make this anime stand apart is the fight scenes mixed in with a great deal of panty shots. Really the fight scenes are top tier and that is why I rate this show as high as I do.

9.00 (very good) This was my first real anime i got hooked into. The comedy was always fairly good, and I found myself rather fond of the cast of characters from beginning to end.

It is a rather dated show, so the anime probably wouldn't hold up to today's standards , but when it was released it was game breaking I think.

8.00 (good) This is a pretty funny show. It is another one of those 'fan service' shows with a great deal of panty/chest shots. It is rather funny show I must say. The fight scenes are usually a bit bad, and honestly remind me of some Sailor Moon. Yet the comedy makes up for all this.

When watching this I was trying to pin down what audience was this aimed at? Honestly after watching the whole series I am still unsure. It's not really for kids, obviously. Yet some of the scenes make you think 'uh this is pretty childlike'. Then you move onto some fan service shots, and some rather risky jokes to go along with it and you think late teenager young adult.

Either way I liked the show overall if not for one episode here and there.

10.00 (excellent) I really enjoyed this show. It has action, it has some strong spiritual gems thrown into it. It has an interesting urban samurai feel, and makes an interesting landscape of Japan.

10.00 (excellent) This is my all-time favorite. The characters are well developed. The entire series keeps you guessing. Violent, and dark, but has light at the end of the tunnel and a wonderful beauty about it. The music soundtrack fits amazing with the show and makes the mood all the better.

The Melancholy of Suzumiya Haruhi

10.00 (excellent) What could I possibly say about this series that hasn't already been said? You can definitely count me as one of the many Haru converts to Haruism. The characters are imaginative, yet have some very real human qualities to them.

The story is complex and the chronological order makes it an anime you should at least watch twice (possible more I still catch things that I had missed the first few times around)

What it really comes down to for me is a very simple thing. Haruhi wants to live in a world of espers, time travlers, and aliens. Not only that, but she wants to have a good time doing it. I second that thought.

7.50 (good) This was the first anime I ever saw at a friends house. It is cute and has some good themes. One of the things I enjoyed was that it has some real life problems occur , and the characters try to cope with them. Life doesn't always go according to plan ya know?
